RYAN SPYKER
Ryan comes to Wild Eyes Productions with a wide variety of experience working in network and cable television. Starting his career in Washington DC, Ryan worked editorially on over 250 non-fiction programs at Discovery Communications, Inc. One of those credits includes the Academy Award nominated documentary, "On the Ropes";the dramatic story of New York inner-city youths fighting for their shot into the professional boxing circuit, as well as battling the hardships keeping them from their dreams. While at TLC, he gained experience on a broad array of programs, such as "Dawn of Man", "Great Books", the "How 2 Crew", "Battle Science", and "Junkyard Wars" to name a few.
Shifting his focus to the hands-on creation of non-fiction story telling, Ryan moved his career to Los Angeles, and has worked in Research and Production on documentary programs for the Discovery networks, as well as gained experience as Production Coordinator on a variety of reality shows for FOX and NBC.
Since joining Wild Eyes Productions in 2003, Ryan has excelled as an Associate Producer and Writer whose assignments have taken him to places like Russia and Afghanistan to find the people behind the stories.
